Terms of use
The rules for using Themelior, in plain words. Themelior is run by Edwin Jorge. Questions go to hello@themelior.com.
Interim, last updated ; legal review pending.
By using Themelior, you accept these terms.
What we do with your data is in the privacy notice.
What Themelior is
A service that reads a web page the way an AI agent does, scores it out of 100, and writes the changes that would raise the score. Everything that exists today is free; plans marked Planned on the pricing page are not built and nothing is charged.
Reports are public
Every finished scan becomes a report at a link that cannot be guessed, readable by anyone who has it, and kept. Do not scan an address whose path or query holds something private.
Scan what you may read
Scan pages that are public and that you are allowed to request. Scans are limited per visitor and per site each hour; do not try to get around the limits or use Themelior to load someone else’s site.
Your account
Use an email address you can open: we confirm it before the account works. Keep your password and your API keys to yourself; what is done with them counts as done by you. We may suspend an account that abuses the service.
Your site
Mark as yours only a site you control; verification proves it with a DNS record or a meta tag. Real agents run on the site you mark only when you ask, and captures read the public pages of a verified site, as the ThemeliorBot page describes.
Your repository
If you connect a repository, Themelior opens pull requests on a new branch and never pushes to your default branch. You review and merge them; a fix marked “edit before shipping” is partly guessed and needs your edit.
A measurement, not a promise
A score measures one page at one moment by the method version shown on the report. It is not a guarantee that any agent will succeed on your site, and the fixes come as they are: check them before you ship.
Things change
Features can change or stop while the product is built, and the scoring method changes in dated versions. When these terms change, this page and its date change.
